No client–firm relationship is created merely by visiting this website, submitting a contact form, or downloading content. A formal engagement begins only after we have completed onboarding (including KYC, scope agreement, and signed engagement letter).
6. Fees and billing
All fees for professional services are set out in the relevant engagement letter and are payable in accordance with the payment terms stated therein. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 15 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the rate specified in the engagement letter.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Every Fincuracy team member is bound by professional confidentiality obligations and signed NDAs. We disclose client information only when required by law, regulation, or as authorised by you in writing.
