Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026

Fincuracy Global Services ("Fincuracy", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over your data.

This policy applies to fincuracy.com, all related sub-domains, our client portals, and any engagement carried out by Fincuracy and its affiliates in India, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide directly — name, email, phone, company, role, country, message content, attachments, billing details, and any data shared via contact forms, consultation requests, careers applications, or client engagements.
  • Engagement data — financial records, supporting documents, ledgers, payroll inputs, tax filings, and other information you supply to us to deliver our services under a signed engagement letter.
  • Automatically collected information — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URL, pages visited, time on page, and similar usage analytics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — described separately in our Cookies Policy.

2. How we use your information

We use personal data only for legitimate, clearly defined purposes:

  • To respond to enquiries and schedule consultations
  • To deliver, manage, and improve client engagements
  • To comply with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory obligations
  • To send relevant service updates, invoices, and engagement communications
  • To send marketing communications where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • To improve our website, content, and security
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or unauthorised activity

3. Legal basis for processing

Depending on your jurisdiction we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests (such as running our business and improving our services), and your consent (which you may withdraw at any time).

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Authorised Fincuracy team members and affiliates delivering your engagement
  • Trusted vendors (cloud hosting, accounting software, secure document portals, payment processors) under written confidentiality and data-processing agreements
  • Regulatory or tax authorities where required by law
  • Auditors, legal counsel, or insurers where strictly necessary
  • Acquirers or successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation

5. International data transfers

As a multi-country firm, your data may be processed in India, the United States, or the United Arab Emirates. Where data crosses borders, we use appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses, encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls aligned with ISO 27001.

6. Data security

All client engagements are NDA-protected and handled under ISO 27001 aligned controls including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication, role-based access, secure document portals, employee background checks, and continuous logging and monitoring.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above and to comply with statutory record-keeping obligations (typically 7–10 years for accounting, tax, and audit records). After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including India's DPDP Act, the EU GDPR, California CCPA, and UAE PDPL), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
  • Request portability of your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, email info@fincuracy.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookies Policy. You can disable cookies via your browser settings; some features may be affected.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are designed for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us so we can delete it.
